Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of fragrance or stains, and returned with tags and original packaging when applicable.
Items that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, missing tags, or returned in unsellable condition are not eligible for a refund.
Final sale items, clearance items, gift cards, intimates, beauty or personal-care items, and any product marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Some supplier-backed items may have separate return rules or exclusions. Those exceptions will apply when they are listed on the product page or shared during return review.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Your bank, card provider, Shopify, or Stripe may need additional time to post the refund after it is issued.
Exchanges depend on item availability. If the size or style you want is unavailable, we can help with a return when the item is eligible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
