By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any policies linked at checkout or on product pages.

You agree to use the site lawfully, provide accurate information, and avoid interfering with the store, checkout, accounts, reviews, messages, or other customer features.

We work to show accurate product names, descriptions, images, pricing, colors, sizing, and availability, but errors may happen and colors may vary by screen.

Love Stitches may correct errors, update prices, limit quantities, remove products, cancel orders, or refuse service when needed, including when an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, suspected of fraud, or affected by a supplier issue.

Checkout, taxes, payment authorization, and payment processing are handled through Shopify, Stripe, and related secure payment tools.

Your order is not accepted until checkout is completed and payment is authorized. We may contact you if additional information is needed to process or protect the order.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns page. Final sale items, supplier exclusions, worn or washed items, beauty or personal-care items, intimates, gift cards, and other excluded products may not be eligible for return.

If you create an account or use customer features, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for the accuracy of information you submit.

Reviews, photos, messages, and other content you submit must be truthful, respectful, lawful, and yours to share. By submitting content, you give Love Stitches permission to use, display, edit for length or formatting, and share that content in connection with the store and marketing.

The site uses third-party services for checkout, payments, analytics, hosting, email, SMS, shipping, fraud prevention, customer support, and supplier-backed fulfillment.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Love Stitches is not responsible for third-party websites, apps, outages, carrier delays, payment provider decisions, or supplier systems outside our control.

Discounts, promo codes, gift cards, and special offers may have limits, expiration dates, exclusions, and one-time-use rules.

Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless Love Stitches chooses to make an exception.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Love Stitches is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the site, products, orders, delays, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
