Shipping Information

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and rates are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing

Most in-stock items are prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Busy seasons, holidays, and boutique drops may add a little extra time.

Supplier-backed or special-order items may need additional handling before they ship. If an item needs extra time, we will share updates as soon as we have them.

Rates and delivery

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, and carrier options available at that time.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, high-volume seasons, and address issues may affect the final arrival date.

Tracking

Tracking is sent by email or SMS when it is available. Please allow the carrier time to scan the package after the label is created.

If tracking has not moved for several business days, contact us and we will help review the shipment details.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Love Stitches is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us right away. We can only change an address before the order is packed or handed to the carrier.

Lost or delayed packages

If a package appears lost, delayed, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery update so we can help start the next step with the carrier.

Love Stitches is not responsible for carrier delays or theft after delivery, but we will help you review the best available resolution.
